Photo Booth
The Promoter operates a photo booth at the venue (the “Photo Booth”). These terms apply to anyone who uses the Photo Booth or appears in a photo taken by it (a “Photo”).
By using the Photo Booth, you agree that the Promoter may display the Photo on the screens inside the venue, including the rooftop bar, in a continuous slideshow.
A Photo is displayed only after it has been reviewed and approved by a member of the Promoter’s staff. The Promoter may decline to display, or may remove, any Photo at its discretion, including any Photo it considers offensive, inappropriate or likely to embarrass a person.
If you appear in a Photo with other people, you confirm that each of them is aware their image may be displayed in this way and has agreed to it. If any person in the Photo is under 18, you confirm you are their parent or guardian, or that a parent or guardian has agreed on their behalf.
You keep ownership of any rights you hold in the Photo. You grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the Photo as described in clause 2 [and to reproduce it on the Promoter’s social media channels, website and in promotional material for the venue].
You may ask for a Photo to be removed from display at any time by emailing hello@cornisharms.com.au or speaking to venue staff. The Promoter will remove it promptly. This does not affect any use that has already occurred.
The Promoter keeps Photos only for as long as needed to run the slideshow [and any related promotion], then deletes them. Personal information collected through the Photo Booth is handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
